Contract of Sale
By completing our on-line order form (including your payment details) you are making a proposal to us to purchase the relevant goods at the prices stated at the time of ordering. Upon receipt of your details and when your payment has been processed, we will send an acknowledgement to you by e-mail, however, this shall not constitute our acceptance of your order. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an email to you when the goods are dispatched. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address supplied by you in our form and will detail products ordered, payment method and cost. You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us to notify you of the refusal. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Once your order has been accepted you are not able to amend the order without our written consent.
You can only place items in your cart that are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with the confidence that the items that you have chosen will be with you within a few days. However, on rare occasions, stock levels may be incorrect and if this is the case we will contact you immediately.
In this instance your order is still considered as an offer and not a contract of sale between you and Lauren Lavender Jewellery, so prices and stock availability won’t be contractually confirmed until you receive the ‘confirmation of dispatch’ email sent once your order has been dispatched.
Lauren Lavender Jewellery does not guarantee the total absence of nickel or other components in its products and does not accept any liability for allergic reactions known or unknown.
Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and Lauren Lavender Jewellery through this website shall be governed and understood according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
The price payable for the items that you order and delivery of those items are as stated on this website at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to withdraw from sale any items that have been priced incorrectly. We will contact you upon discovery of an error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling. All prices shown are displayed in GBP (British pounds sterling), are inclusive of VAT and are inclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Lauren Lavender Jewellery reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Placing an order online
Shopping at Lauren Lavender Jewellery is so easy- just follow these simple steps.
Shop by browsing through the items.
Click on the image to view more information on the size, metal type, colour, type of gemstone.
Add the jewellery to your basket by clicking ‘add to cart’ next to your chosen item.
Continue to check out and follow the online instructions to complete your purchase and to make payment.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address details are correct and detailed enough for the delivery to locate the address in adequate time. You must ensure you provide a valid email address and contact number when placing the order.
Cancelling an Order
If you haven’t submitted an order, you can clear the item (s) in your shopping cart at any time prior by clicking ‘remove’ next to the item. If you have submitted an order and received your confirmation email from Lauren Lavender Jewellery, you will need to wait until you receive the item and then follow the returns procedure.
All items must be paid for prior to release using the ‘pay now’ button.
When placing an order, you authorise that all details you provide to Lauren Lavender Jewellery for the purpose of ordering or purchasing items are true, accurate, current and complete in all reverences; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the item(s) ordered.
Lauren Lavender Jewellery accepts most major credit/debit cards. Our payments are processed using Sage Pay and Paypal. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We also offer the option of BACS (Bankers Automated Clearance System). Details of our bank details are supplied on checking out. Transfers of payments must be made within 48 hours otherwise the order will be cancelled.
All payments are processed in GBP £ sterling

Jewellery sales are Free delivery in the UK; Please contact us prior to ordering outside of the UK.
Rocks, minerals, fossils are exempt of free delivery and postage charges are added on check out. This is due to the nature and weight of the products.
All items below £50 will be shipped first class signed for.
All items above £50 are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery and must be signed for.
Goods will be shipped upon clearance of payment.
We ship Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
No jewellery is kept on premises for security reasons. Should you wish to view an item please contact us to discuss preferences for an appointment.
We hope you love our pieces of jewellery and strive to select items that fit all desires and customer expectations. All second hand jewellery is reputably sourced from Hatton Garden, London and each piece is examined for any faults or defects so we are confident about the quality and condition of every unique piece. Contemporary sterling silver jewellery is sourced from leading wholesalers.
All items are presented honestly and accurately as possible to avoid misrepresentation. Unless otherwise stated, description of size, colour to gemstones or diamonds is approximated due to restrictions imposed by the mount. In particular customers using the website to order products should note that due to colour discrepancies between different computer screens there may be perceived colour variations between items shown on the website and those supplied.
All items are securely packed for safe secure shipping.
We understand however, that sometimes an item may not be what you expected it to be. In the unlikely event that sometimes an item may not be what you expected it to be, the purchase has been made through the distance selling regulations you are entitled by law to cancel this order within 14 days for you to qualify for a refund.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will give you a full refund (exclusive of shipping charges) subject to the following conditions:
You must notify us by email or telephone of an intent to return goods within the 14 days after you have received the item.
Items must be returned fully insured for the price paid. We recommend returning items using for ‘signed for’ and insured delivery such as Royal Mail Special delivery, as you are responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. Return postage will be paid by the buyer.
The item(s) are in the same condition as dispatched with original packaging without any alteration, tampering, damage or unauthorised testing.
Please include your sales receipt in the return.
We are unable to extend this returns policy to earrings for health and hygiene reasons.
All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, ideally within 14 days of receiving the returned items. A full refund will be made when the item(s) have been returned to Lauren Lavender Jewellery in 100% condition and with original packaging.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our terms and conditions.
